Dennis (Milt) is a Registered Professional Biologist and has held biologist and management positions with the provincial government in both East and West Kootenays and headquarters in Victoria, BC. As a consulting biologist he has extensive experience conducting caribou inventory and field studies, with extension of research results to support innovative caribou-focused operational and strategic resource practices, guidelines, and policies.

Doug is a Registered Professional Forester, adjunct professor and reconciliation negotiator with ten years experience as a natural resources Deputy Minister.

Steve is a Registered Professional Biologist and holds a Ph.D. in Wildlife Ecology from UBC. He has worked on caribou conservation and management issues for 20 years and has contributed to provincial management planning for Southern Mountain, South Peace and Boreal Caribou.
